Význam koeficientů u exponenciálních funkcí y= b × acx + d


Význam koeficentu "b" pro funkci y= b × ax, a>0

Koeficient "b" násobí všechny y-ové hodnoty souřadnic bodů funkce f: y= b × ax. Znamená to tedy, že velikost funkční hodnoty v těchto bodech se násobí tímto koeficientem.

Význam koeficentu "c" pro funkci y= acx, a>0

Velice záleží na základu a, pokud je a>1 platí: Pokud c>0 graf funkce (exponenciály), bude rostoucí, pokud je "c" menší než 0, bude klesající. Zároveň "c" nesmí být roven 0, nejednalo by se o exponenciální funkci, ale o funkci konstantní.
Pokud je ovšem a ∈ (0,1), je tomu naopak.

Význam koeficentu "d" pro funkci y= ax + d, a>0

Parametr "d" opět posouvá graf funkce ve směru osy y.
